Eric Grenier saw opportunity when he joined the the UNB Woodsmen team in the winter of 2023. Now a coach in addition to being an athlete, Eric has been able to leverage his time in the sport to meet and compete with folks from across the country.

Traveling and seeing the country's best isn't the only thing that drives Eric. Some of his best memories at right at home on the UNB practice fields where he and his teammates prepare for the CILA season. A close knit group, their bond is a great source of inspiration for Eric and that comradery has seen the team reach great success already this season.

After the fall competitions, the UNB Men's A sits in second place overall with only a few points standing between them and that coveted first place position. The road ahead may be challenging, but Eric and the team are poised to make a significant impact in the remainder of the season.
UNB M1 sits in 1st overall in CILA due to the fact that CILA points are calculated with the overall event minus the pool event. Therefore without Pool events UNB M1 is in the lead.
